Our exhibitors manual should contain everything you need to get your company all set and ready for ATC 2024. We look forward to your participation!

  • Vendor Move-In/Out

    Move-In: April 15th, 12:00pm - 5:00pm
    Move-Out: April 18th, 3:30pm - 6:00pm

  • Shipping

    Materials should be shipped to arrive at our warehouse no later than: Monday, April 8, 2024.

  • Booth Spaces

    10’ x 10’ booth will be provided with:
    8’ - Black/White Backwall Drape
    3’ - Black Sidewall Drapes
    1 - Black Skirted Table
    2 - Side chairs

How do I change my attendee information after it's already been submitted?

If you would like to change your attendee information, please submit a contact form using the Contact button at the top of the page and our team will assist you with any changes.

Will there be in-person registration available during the conference?

Yes, we will have a registration desk at the entrance of the conference hall. If you register online before hand, your badge will already be ready and waiting for you at our registration desk.

How do I pay for registration via invoicing?

If you would like to pay by invoice, please click here and complete the invoice form. Our team will get in contact with you and help you with your registration.
