Cancellation Policy

A registrant may cancel their registration by providing written notice to the Analyzer Tech Conference (ATC) no later than 30 days prior to the event start date. Upon receipt of a timely cancellation notice, ATC will refund the registration or exhibit fee previously paid, minus a processing fee of 2.9% of the total paid. This fee covers costs incurred by ATC’s payment processing vendor.

Cancellations received after the 30-day deadline, withdrawal from the event, or failure to participate are considered a material breach of this agreement. In such cases, ATC will retain the full registration or exhibit fee. The registrant agrees that the retained fee represents a reasonable measure of damages to ATC, and ATC agrees that the retained fee is the registrant’s sole liability for such a breach.

All cancellation notices must be submitted with proof of receipt by the deadline, such as certified mail with return receipt, courier with signed receipt, or an acknowledged email from ATC. Notices not properly received by ATC within the required timeframe will not be accepted as valid.
