The XSPCT Analyzer is a rugged, Class I Div. 1 explosionproof system that delivers real-time, online measurement of hydrocarbon composition and fluid properties without the need for sample conditioning or consumables. Using advanced NIR spectroscopy and an integrated flow cell, it provides rapid, accurate data for gases and liquids, supports remote monitoring, and operates reliably in harsh field conditions—making it ideal for unmanned or remote applications.
Compared to JP3's previous offerings, the XSPCT is a more advanced design, with improvements building on a decade of field experience. The XSPCT features an internal methane reference cell, automatic optical alignment, and a series of four spectral calibrations that run every scan. These advancements ensure very high spectrum repeatability, which allows for model transfer between systems and reduces the effort involved in chemometric modeling.
